A specialized branch of Novato High School, Marin School of the Arts is an inclusive program that supports imaginative self-expression and risk-taking. In addition to film-making, students explore music, dance, creative writing, digital arts, and product design.

 

Our assignment was to promote several events for the Cinematic Arts Department. So, we put ourselves in the shoes of the students to consider how they develop language and social skills as well as how they explore their creativity and take artistic risks. The playful themes and dramatic colors we chose attracted both current and incoming students. Marin School of the Arts enrollment rose 20% over the last 10 years.
